The Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into the bargaining of a stent price with a patient during an angiogram procedure at a private hospital in Istanbul.
In an incident that occurred at a private healthcare facility in Istanbul, footage emerged showing a stent price being negotiated with a patient during an angiogram procedure.
As part of the examinations conducted, the operations of the hospital's angiography unit were suspended.
An ex officio investigation has been launched into the incident by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
