They combined three vehicles to make one car

A.K., who wanted to buy a car, was informed by the seller that the vehicle they liked had only 2 replaced parts. Upon the seller showing an appraisal report obtained 6 months prior, A.K. took the car for a re-inspection to verify its condition.

The report prepared after the inspection revealed that the front and rear sections of the vehicle were of different colors.

Following a detailed examination, it was reported that the roof, rear, and front sections of the vehicle belonged to different cars. Upon seeing the report, A.K. returned the vehicle to the person they had purchased it from.

''THEY MADE 1 VEHICLE OUT OF 3 PARTS''

Drawing attention to the recent increase in vehicle assembly incidents, auto appraisal expert Şenol Uysal said, “A vehicle came in, and the citizen had been told, ‘It has 2 replaced parts, nothing else.’ We began to inspect the vehicle that arrived. After our work, we saw that the rear of the vehicle was a different color than its original color. When we lifted the vehicle, we determined that there were cuts on the underside and that it was a vehicle with 2 additions from the door interiors. Later, when we looked at the front of the vehicle, we saw that the front was gray, and subsequently, we determined that the roof was black. They made 1 vehicle out of 3 parts: the rear of the vehicle is navy blue, the front is gray, and the roof is black. When we showed this to the person who brought the vehicle, they were shocked. They said there was a previous appraisal report, but it had nothing to do with reality.”

''NO MATTER WHICH APPRAISAL CENTER YOU GO TO WITHOUT A GOOD MASTER...''

Warning citizens who are planning to buy a car, auto appraisal expert Uysal stated, “Citizens no longer know who to trust. The reason for this is that our citizens go by the signboards. It is not the advertisements that do this job, but the masters. No matter which appraisal center you go to without a good master, you will definitely fail. Six months have passed. The vehicle might have been in an accident during this time. There might be nothing in the old report, and they might have had it done themselves. There might be no damage record on the vehicle. They go to an industrial site and have it repaired. There might only be replaced parts, but no damage record. We have seen many vehicles with 5 replaced parts that have no accident report in the insurance records. We want to warn our citizens to be careful.”
