They dumped the body by the roadside and went to the police station to confess

The incident occurred around 17:00 in the Çınaraltı area of the Yalvaç district. According to the information obtained, Hasan K. (46) and Feryaz Y. (37) met with Ferhat Tokmak (38), with whom they had a prior feud over a debt dispute. 

During the ensuing argument, Ferhat Tokmak drew his weapon and pointed it at Hasan K.

Hasan K.'s friend, Feryaz Y., also drew his own weapon and pointed it at Ferhat Tokmak. During the struggle, the gun in Feryaz Y.'s hand went off, and Ferhat Tokmak was wounded in the head. 

THEY CONFESSED TO THE MURDER AND SURRENDERED

After the incident, realizing that Ferhat Tokmak was dead, Hasan K. and Feryaz Y. left the body in an empty area on the Özgüney road, discarded the weapon in another area, and fled the scene. Following the incident, the two individuals went to the Yalvaç District Police Department, confessed to the murder, and surrendered. 

Following the statements taken, teams examining the 32 ADC 818 license plate pickup truck parked in front of Hasan K.'s residence discovered blood on the front right seat and the area beneath it, as well as a bullet entry hole in the vehicle's roof.

Ferhat Tokmak's body was found around 21:00 in a bushy area by the side of the mountain road between the Kızılca neighborhood and the Özgüney villages. While efforts to locate the weapons used in the incident are ongoing, Hasan K. and Feryaz Y. have been taken into custody.
