In the hearing held today, the suspects, Zülküf B. and Sedat M., were arrested by the 3rd Criminal Court of First Instance. The court's decision stated that the suspects had fired a handgun at Yaman Kaya while he was inside his car. It was noted that they had been released with house arrest on November 16 and were re-arrested following the appeal by the case prosecutor.
