Those expelled from CHP are returning to the party
Republican People's Party (CHP) Spokesperson Zeynel Emre stated, "They were expelled from the party in the past for various reasons but have applied to the Party Assembly and the administration. If the administrators in their own provinces and districts also view this situation positively, we generally accept those requests for pardon. We are giving them another chance after some time. Therefore, there has been an arrangement in this direction for around 30 people."
The CHP Party Assembly (PM) and Central Executive Board (MYK) met. Following the meeting, which lasted approximately 7 hours, Party Spokesperson Zeynel Emre made statements regarding the PM and MYK agenda.
Emre also said the following regarding those who were expelled from the party in past periods:
"In terms of an exact figure, around 30 people were expelled from the party in the past for various reasons but have applied to the Party Assembly and the administration.
In line with our principles, their requests for pardon and their files have been reviewed; if the administrators in their own provinces and districts also view this situation positively, we generally accept those requests for pardon.
We are giving them another chance after some time, that is. Therefore, there has been an arrangement in this direction for around 30 people."
