THY cancels 56 flights at Istanbul Airport
Due to the strong storm expected in Istanbul this evening, Turkish Airlines (THY) has announced the cancellation of a total of 56 flights scheduled to depart from or arrive at Istanbul Airport.
Turkish Airlines Press Consultant Yahya Üstün made a statement regarding the 56 cancelled THY flights on his social media account.
Üstün stated the following:
"Dear guests; due to adverse weather conditions, cancellations have been made for our flights departing from/arriving at Istanbul Airport on 28.11.2023 (Today) in accordance with the decision of Madkom (Meteorological Emergency Committee). A total of 56 of our flights scheduled for November 28 at Istanbul Airport have been cancelled. You can access up-to-date information regarding your flight via the link below."
