THY cancels many flights
Following Iran's drone attacks on Israel, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, and Jordan have closed their airspace. Turkish Airlines (THY) has mutually canceled its flights to countries that have closed their airspace.
According to information obtained, due to the drone attack between Iran and Israel, THY has mutually canceled its Istanbul-Amman, Tehran-Istanbul, Mashhad-Istanbul, Isfahan-Istanbul, Shiraz-Istanbul, Baghdad-Istanbul, Sabiha Gökçen, Istanbul-Najaf, and Istanbul-Erbil flights.
Due to some countries closing their airspace following the attacks, AJet's Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen-Dammam flight was diverted to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, AJet's Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen-Riyadh flight to Sabiha Gökçen Airport, THY's Istanbul-Shiraz and Istanbul-Mashhad flights to Erzurum, THY's Istanbul-Baghdad flight to Diyarbakır, THY's Istanbul-Dubai cargo flight to Istanbul, AJet's Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen-Kuwait flight to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, THY's Istanbul-Isfahan flight to Elazığ, THY's Istanbul-Tehran flight to Istanbul, THY's Istanbul-Karachi flight to Istanbul, and THY's Kuala Lumpur-Istanbul flight to Dubai.
