Turkish Airlines (THY) has cancelled its Hamburg-Istanbul flights due to a security staff strike scheduled for Thursday at Germany's Hamburg Airport.
It has been announced that Turkish Airlines (THY) flights from Hamburg to Istanbul have been cancelled due to a security staff strike planned for Thursday at Hamburg Airport.
Regarding the matter, the following statement was issued by the THY Press Office:
"Due to the security staff strike planned for March 07 at Hamburg Airport, the following flights have been cancelled: TK 1662 Hamburg-Istanbul, TK 1664 Hamburg-Istanbul, TK 1668 Hamburg-Istanbul. Our flights from Istanbul to Hamburg Airport will proceed as scheduled. However, return flights from Hamburg to Istanbul have been cancelled."
