TOKİ announces: Dates set for social housing lottery in Istanbul

The Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) has announced the lottery dates for the Istanbul phase of its 500,000 social housing project, which has received the most interest and the highest number of applications.

TOKİ will build 100,000 housing units in Istanbul as part of the social housing project.

'IT WILL LAST THREE DAYS'

According to TOKİ's statement, the lottery will begin on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 14:00 at the Atatürk Airport Nation's Garden.

The lottery process will conclude on Monday, April 27. The beneficiaries of the TOKİ 500,000 social housing project, for which millions have applied, will be determined on Monday.

TOKİ has sent a notification to applicants containing details regarding the lottery.

ANNOUNCEMENT FROM TOKİ

The announcement from TOKİ regarding the 500,000 social housing project is as follows:

"The lottery to determine the beneficiaries for the Istanbul 100,000 Housing Project, part of the 500,000 social housing campaign, will begin on April 25, 2026, at 14:00 at the 'Atatürk Airport Nation's Garden' and the lottery program will conclude on April 27, 2026.

The lottery will be drawn according to the lottery sequence numbers available on our website. The lottery draw will be broadcast live on our YouTube account. For detailed information: talep.toki.gov.tr/500binkonut/iller/istanbul.html"
