In the prosecutor's referral document, it was stated that Akış organized the group's concerts on various dates and was responsible for the activities of MANİFEST.
The referral document included an assessment that some posts made within the scope of the group's activities reached large audiences and that children could access this content without any filtering mechanism.
Stating that there is strong suspicion of the crime of "obscenity" regarding Akış, the referral document requested his arrest, taking into account the current state of evidence, the nature of the crime, and the upper limit of the penalty prescribed by law.
Tolga Akış was arrested by the court he was brought before.
