Tragic traffic accident in Hatay: 5 dead, 2 seriously injured
Five people lost their lives and two were seriously injured in a head-on collision between a car and a light commercial vehicle in the Kumlu district of Hatay.
Five people died and two were injured as a result of a collision between two vehicles in the Kumlu district of Hatay.
On a road made slippery by rainy weather, a foreign-plated BMW brand car and a Fiat brand light commercial vehicle with license plate 31 AEF 356 collided head-on. The injured, who were trapped in the vehicles, were rescued by fire department teams and taken to the hospital. A total of 5 people lost their lives at the scene and in the hospital, while 2 people were injured in the accident.
It was determined that those who died in the accident were Y.H., C.H., R.H., İ.Ş., and A.Y. While the vehicles were removed from the scene, it was learned that the condition of the 2 injured people taken to the hospital remains critical.
