Travel ban in Can Holding investigation
As part of an investigation into allegations of forming an organization to commit crimes through companies operating under Can Holding, a travel ban has been imposed on former Şişecam Chairman of the Board Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kırman.
The investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into allegations that an organization was formed to commit crimes through companies operating under Can Holding, and that crimes such as 'qualified fraud', 'tax evasion', 'introducing funds of unknown origin into company accounts', and 'money laundering' were committed through this organization, is ongoing.
Within the scope of the investigation, a judicial control measure in the form of a travel ban has been imposed on former Şişecam Chairman of the Board Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kırman.
