Trustee appointed to AHBAP

As part of the "Ahbaplar Criminal Organization" investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the administrative authority over all of the Ahbap Association's assets has been transferred to a management trustee.

The Istanbul 8th Criminal Court of Peace decided to appoint three individuals as trustees to manage the association's assets.

As part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a trustee has been appointed to the Ahbap Association. With this decision, the administrative authority over all of the association's assets has been transferred to the management trustee.

The Istanbul 8th Criminal Court of Peace ruled for the appointment of lawyer Rıdvan Can, lawyer Mustafa Göktuğ Kaya, and Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kasım Han as trustees to manage the association's assets.

The trustees will be responsible for the management of the association's real estate, vehicles, cash assets in bank accounts, and other asset values.

ASSETS TRANSFERRED TO TRUSTEE

With the court decision, the administration of the assets belonging to the Ahbap Association has been left to the board of trustees.

In this context, the association's real estate, vehicles, bank accounts, and other asset values will be under the management of the trustee.

DETAIL ON DETENTION AND JUDICIAL CONTROL IN THE DECISION

The decision stated that the association's founder, Haluk Levent, and some members of the board of directors and supervisory board are currently in detention.

It was also stated that judicial control measures have been applied to some individuals.

DISSOLUTION PROCESS INITIATED

The court decision also noted that there is an injunction on the association's accounts and assets.

Furthermore, it was stated that the dissolution process regarding the Ahbap Association has been initiated.
