Trustees appointed to Dilan and Engin Polat's companies
A request was made to appoint trustees to 27 companies as part of the investigation into Dilan and Engin Polat. The court ruled in favor of appointing trustees to the companies.
The investigation launched against suspects including Engin Polat and Dilan Polat for the crimes of "Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime, violation of the Tax Procedure Law, and violation of the Law on Regulation of Betting and Games of Chance in Football and Other Sports Competitions" is still ongoing.
While 12 of the 18 suspects, including Engin Polat, Dilan Polat, Sıla Doğu, Sezgin Polat, Ahmet Gün, Can Doğu, and Can Polat, were arrested, 6 suspects were released under judicial control conditions. The detained defendants were transferred to prison early this morning.
APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEES TO 27 COMPANIES
Within the scope of the investigation in which 14 of the suspects, including Dilan Polat, Engin Polat, and Sıla Doğu, were arrested, the prosecutor's office had requested the appointment of trustees to the 27 companies subject to the investigation.
Accepting the prosecutor's request, the court ruled for the appointment of trustees to the 27 companies.
