According to the statement on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the instruments will be issued domestically, without a public offering, to be sold to allocated and/or qualified investors, in one or more tranches, in Turkish Lira, with various maturities up to 5 years.
The statement included the following remarks:
"Following the decision taken by our Board of Directors on 20.12.2024, based on the authority granted by Article 8 of our Company's Articles of Association; the necessary application for permission has been made to the Capital Markets Board today regarding the issuance of Bonds and/or Financing Bills in Turkish Lira, not exceeding 20,000,000,000 TL, with various maturities up to 5 years, to be sold domestically to allocated and/or qualified investors without a public offering, in one or more tranches. The English translation of this statement is attached, and in the event of any discrepancy between the texts, the Turkish statement shall be taken as the basis."
