Turbulence Çiğdem exposed as a fraud

Çiğdem İlgün, who is alleged to have defrauded her relatives first and then those around her with the promise of a chip project to prevent turbulence on airplanes, will now be brought to court by force for allegedly defrauding a fellow teacher of 110 thousand liras.

DEFRAUDED 110 THOUSAND LIRAS

According to the indictment prepared by the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Çiğdem İlgün told Sema T., with whom she worked as a teacher at the same school, that she had produced a chip to prevent turbulence on airplanes and was looking for investors for this project. Having gained her friend's trust, İlgün took 110 thousand liras from Sema T.

However, when the promised return on investment did not materialize, Sema T. realized the situation and filed a complaint.

FORCED APPEARANCE WARRANT ISSUED

Çiğdem İlgün, who has not yet submitted the information and documents she claimed she would present to the court and has not attended the hearings, is being tried in the case filed against her with a request for a 5-year prison sentence.

A warrant for her forced appearance has been issued for İlgün, who did not come to court.
