Turhan Çömez: Thousands of tons of wheat have rotted

In a post on his X social media account, İYİ Party Group Deputy Chairman Turhan Çömez made striking statements regarding the problems in agriculture, explaining how the labor of Turkish farmers is disregarded in the face of imported wheat.

Stating that the ministry had agricultural graves dug in many provinces, Çömez said that thousands of tons of wheat were buried in the ground.

In the video he shared on his social media account, Çömez drew attention to the difficulties in the fields of economy and agriculture, emphasizing that the government buried tons of wheat in the ground and that a large portion of it has rotted.

Revealing how the labor of the Turkish farmer is disregarded, Çömez used the following expressions in his post:

"The Turkish farmer worked for a full year, put in the effort, incurred expenses, and grew their wheat.

And they harvested it and entrusted their product to their state.

The one-man regime then took it and buried it in the ground.

What followed is a complete disaster!

Thousands of tons of wheat have rotted, it wouldn't even be fit for animal feed!

Burying these tyrants at the ballot box is a patriotic duty!
