Turkey's first female horse racing announcer Esen Gök found dead in her home
In a tragic incident in Istanbul, the lifeless body of Turkey's first female horse racing announcer, Esen Gök, was found in her home.
Esen Gök's friends, having not heard from her for 36 hours, became concerned and decided to go to her home in Bakırköy.
According to an exclusive report by Habertürk reporter Mustafa Şekeroğlu, her friends took action after being unable to reach the young presenter for 36 hours.
Her friends, who went to the house where she lived in Bakırköy, were not allowed inside by the site staff. Esen Gök, whose phone was turned off and who was also called by the site security, did not respond to the calls. Concerned for her life, her friends reported the situation to the police. Police teams arriving at the site entered the apartment using a locksmith.
