Blocking move from the Turkish Football Federation that will slow down 'mobile communication': Issues accessing websites
The Turkish Football Federation has blocked access to the ampproject.org domain with its decision dated January 22, 2025, and numbered 101-01.
The ampproject.org domain of the open-source AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) project, launched by Google to ensure that web pages load quickly and in a user-friendly manner, especially on mobile devices, has been blocked by the TFF.
Following this access block, which was implemented with the Turkish Football Federation's decision dated January 22, 2025, and numbered 101-01, issues are being experienced when accessing various websites.

TFF HAD IMPLEMENTED A SIMILAR BLOCK LAST YEAR AS WELL
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) had previously blocked access to Google's blog website, Blogger, and websites with the Blogspot.com extension on October 23, 2024. No statement regarding the block had been issued by the Federation or the BTK.
