Two different names, different dates, same statement: Striking details in the IMM indictment

The indictment process in the "corruption" investigation targeting the IMM has been completed. It was noted that suspects Cem Çelik and Burak Biçer provided word-for-word identical statements on different dates.
The indictment regarding the investigation into "corruption" allegations targeting the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), which led to the arrest of numerous individuals, has been completed.
It was stated that the 3,900-page indictment includes 402 suspects and identifies 143 separate criminal acts.
While debates surrounding the indictment continue, an interesting detail was encountered in the statements of the suspects reflected in the document.
According to a report by Engin Deniz İpek from Cumhuriyet, it was noted that financial advisor Cem Çelik, who was arrested on July 10 as part of the operations targeting the IMM and is listed as a "suspect" in the indictment, and Burak Biçer, who is also listed as a "suspect" in the indictment and is stated to operate in the events sector, provided word-for-word identical statements.
The indictment notes that Biçer provided the statement in question on April 8, while Çelik provided the same statement on April 23.
