Two individuals seen in CHP 'money counting' footage arrive at the courthouse
Two people summoned to testify regarding the money counting footage allegedly filmed at the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters have arrived at the courthouse.
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office had launched an ex officio investigation on March 11 into the money counting footage allegedly filmed at the CHP Istanbul Provincial Headquarters and shared on social media.
The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office stated that the investigation was launched ex officio to uncover the truth and determine whether any crime or criminal elements were present. Former Provincial Vice President Özgür Nas, former Provincial Presidential Advisor Can Poyraz, and IMM CHP Council Member Fatih Keleş, who appeared in the money counting footage, had been summoned to testify.
Most recently, 2 people summoned to testify have arrived at the courthouse.
IMM CHP Council Member Fatih Keleş is expected to arrive tomorrow.
