Two trams collide in Zeytinburnu, services disrupted
Services are being disrupted in Zeytinburnu after a tram collided with another tram traveling in the same direction.
A tram on the Kabataş-Bağcılar line collided with the tram in front of it near the Topkapı station for reasons yet to be determined.
According to initial reports, there were no injuries in the accident, and passengers disembarked from the vehicles and walked to other stations.
Technical teams arrived at the scene and have launched an investigation into the accident.
In a statement made on Metro İstanbul's social media account, it was announced that services on the Kabataş-Bağcılar tram line are temporarily operating between the Kabataş-Çapa and Cevizlibağ-Bağcılar stations.
