'Urgent' request regarding whistleblower Kapki's petition: Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office demands
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has requested that the petition submitted to the court by IMM 'whistleblower' Murat Kapki be sent to them 'urgently'.
In the petition in question, Murat Kapki retracted his statement, stating that he had given his testimony under direction and had been deceived, and requested to meet with the prosecutor and shared many names.
Kapki stated in his petition, "I gave certain statements in order for the prosecutors to understand that I am not a member of the organization and to protect my family.
In this statement, I said things similar to the statements of Servet Yıldırım, who testified before me and was released, and Eyüp Subaşı, which were reflected in the press."
