US media: Turkey also invited to Gaza summit hosted by Sisi

According to the report in Axios, US President Trump will arrive in Israel on Monday morning, where he will deliver a speech at the parliament and meet with the families of hostages. He will then travel to Egypt on Monday afternoon. Trump is expected to attend a signing ceremony there with the participation of Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey, which are among the guarantors of the Gaza peace agreement.

The report stated that the leaders' summit is planned for Tuesday morning, but it could be moved up to Monday. It was noted that the summit will be held in Sharm el-Sheikh, where negotiations for the peace agreement are being conducted.

SUMMIT IS BEING ORGANIZED BY SISI

According to sources, the summit is being organized by Sisi, and the Egyptian administration has sent invitations to European and Arab leaders. As reported by Axios, leaders or foreign ministers from Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Qatar, the UAE, Jordan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Indonesia are expected to attend the summit.

A US official said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is not currently expected to attend the summit. US officials reached by Axios confirmed that Trump plans to attend the summit, while noting that the White House declined to comment on the matter.
