Verdict in Ümit Özdağ's HÜDA PAR case
The court has acquitted Zafer Party Chairman Ümit Özdağ in the case filed against him over his social media posts regarding HÜDA PAR.
The Ankara 29th High Criminal Court has reached a verdict in the case filed against Zafer Party Chairman Ümit Özdağ on charges of "inciting the public to hatred and hostility or insulting."
The case was opened due to posts Özdağ made on social media regarding HÜDA PAR. As a result of the trial, the court ruled that the elements of the crime were not met and decided to acquit Özdağ.
