13-year-old child in Kayseri turns out to be a repeat offender
Two children, aged 13 and 11, who broke tram windows by headbutting them and cut and damaged handrails, have been caught. It was revealed that 13-year-old A.D. has a criminal record of 39 separate offenses.
Two children who caused extensive damage to a tram they were traveling on in Kayseri have been caught by police teams. The incident was captured second-by-second on the tram's security cameras. The footage showed the children cutting the tram's handrails, breaking windows by headbutting them, and damaging seats and various other areas.
13-YEAR-OLD CHILD: 39 CRIMINAL RECORDS
Following the incident, teams from the Kayseri Provincial Police Department's Juvenile Bureau identified the suspects as A.D. (13) and H.T. (11).
An investigation revealed that A.D. has a criminal record of 39 different offenses. While judicial proceedings have been initiated against A.D., the necessary coordination has been established with the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services for H.T., who does not have criminal liability.
