Tensions in the Middle East are rising steadily. As the conflict between Israel and Iran continues into its 4th day, the possibility of a new front opening in the region is increasing. The latest statements by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have escalated the tension to its peak.

"THOSE IN TEHRAN SHOULD EVACUATE THEIR HOMES"

Netanyahu, who is under intense pressure from domestic and international public opinion due to the attacks on Gaza, signaled an operation against Tehran. Stating in his announcement that the Israeli air force has taken control of the airspace over Tehran, Netanyahu used the following expressions:

"We are about to reach our two main goals. The first of these is to eliminate Iran's nuclear threat. Our second goal is to destroy its missile infrastructure. I am calling out to those living in Tehran: Evacuate your homes. We are taking action."

"TEHRAN WILL PAY THE PRICE"

Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz had also directly targeted the people of Tehran in a post he made on social media. Using the words, "The people of Tehran will pay the price, and very soon," Katz signaled that Israel's operations could expand even further.

Successive statements also came from Iran in response to Israel's threats. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated, "If Israel stops its attacks, we are also ready to end our operations."

Revolutionary Guard Commander-in-Chief Mohammad Pakpour denied Araghchi's words, declaring, "Even if Israel stops, we will not stop. This struggle will continue."

ISRAEL HAS BEGUN THE ATTACKS

Approximately half an hour after Netanyahu's threat-filled statement toward Tehran, Israel officially began its attacks on Iran.
