Barricade at the illegally constructed İsmailağa dormitory: Luxury vehicles draw attention
In Uzundere, a Turkmen Tahtacı Alevi village in the Karabağlar district of İzmir, the municipality has taken action for the second time to demolish a student dormitory belonging to the İsmailağa Community that was built illegally. Members of the community gathered in front of the dormitory building and attempted to intervene by setting up barricades against the demolition.
The municipality had issued a demolition order for the student dormitory of the İsmailağa Community, which was built illegally in Uzundere, one of the Turkmen Tahtacı Alevi villages in İzmir.
Following the demolition order, the Karabağlar Municipality took action for the second time today regarding the demolition of the Quran course building.
Members of the İsmailağa sect set up barricades in front of the illegally constructed dormitory.
