‘Crescent and star’ silhouette reflected at sunrise

Mehmet Argın (30), who lives in the Fatsa district, went down to the beach on the morning of October 28 to film the scenery formed by the sunrise. Wanting to take drone footage, Argın recorded the sunrise with his mobile phone camera before starting the shoot. After sharing these moments on his social media accounts, Argın noticed the crescent and star silhouette among the clouds upon reviewing the video following the influx of messages he received.

"I WAS NOT AWARE WHILE FILMING THE VIDEO"

Stating that he noticed the crescent and star silhouette after the messages he received, Mehmet Argın said, "I saw the sunrise from the Fatsa Teacher's House in the early morning; there was a redness in the sky. I wanted to take a video with my drone and came to the beach. First, I took a short video with my mobile phone from my social account and shared it as the sunrise. I was not aware at that moment; there was a crescent and star silhouette in the clouds above the sun. I didn't understand it while filming; I realized it later upon the messages that came in. When I noticed it, I was also surprised," he said.
