According to allegations, a person lost their balance and fell into the sea from a moving ferry.
The mussel seller, who noticed the individual who did not know how to swim, jumped into the water with his clothes on.
The mussel seller then brought the person struggling in the sea closer to the shore.
The individual, to whom surrounding citizens extended a lifebuoy, was pulled ashore by holding onto a rope. The rescue moments were recorded by citizens with mobile phone cameras.
