Female passengers clash on IETT bus
In Ümraniye, a security camera recorded a female passenger spraying pepper spray at another woman during an argument on an IETT bus, and the driver stopping the vehicle to evacuate passengers affected by the gas.
According to the information received, a dispute over a seat occurred between two female passengers on a moving bus. One of the women took pepper spray out of her bag and sprayed it into the other woman's face.
As the pepper spray also affected other passengers on the bus, the driver stopped the vehicle and evacuated the passengers.
The woman who had pepper spray sprayed in her face became unwell and was taken to a nearby business with the help of other passengers.
Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
The woman who became unwell was taken to the hospital by ambulance, while the woman who sprayed the pepper spray was taken to the police station to provide a statement.
Meanwhile, the moment of the argument between the two women, the pepper spray attack, and the other passengers hurriedly leaving the bus were recorded by the vehicle's security camera.
