Footage of Nasrallah assassination emerges

Footage of the moment Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah was assassinated by Israel in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, has been released. In the security camera recording shared by Arab media, a person is seen getting on a motorcycle after leaving a building when a bunker-buster bomb hits the road, causing the area to be engulfed in dust and destroyed by the force of the explosion.

The moments when the man on the motorcycle quickly fled back into the building were also captured on camera.

Killed in underground headquarters

64-year-old Hassan Nasrallah lost his life in an attack carried out by the Israeli army on September 27, 2024, in the Dahiyeh region in the south of Beirut. It was alleged that in the attack, where Israel targeted Hezbollah's main underground headquarters, Nasrallah had ignored warnings from his advisors and refused to leave his bunker. US Senator Mark Kelly had announced that a US-made 900-kilogram Mark 84 series bomb was used during the operation.

Funeral ceremony on February 23

Hezbollah's new leader, Naim Qassem, announced in a statement last Sunday that Nasrallah's funeral ceremony would be held on February 23. It was stated that a large ceremony would be held for Nasrallah, who was reported to have been temporarily buried in a secret location following the assassination.
