Highly controversial 'Constitution' statement from newly elected Istanbul Bar Association President: 'Immutable articles can be changed'

POSITIVE CHANGES CAN BE MADE
Kaboğlu said, "Just as it was done in 1995, just as it was done in 2001, and just as the racist expressions in the preamble were removed in 1995, positive changes can be made to some articles of the constitution today as well."
