Horrific accident in Kars! Passenger bus loses control: There are dead and injured
According to initial reports, 2 people lost their lives and 8 people were injured in a chain-reaction traffic accident involving two buses and a truck in Kars.
Following reports of a collision involving two buses and a truck on the highway between the Horasan district of Erzurum and the Sarıkamış district of Kars, near the Karakurt location, numerous health, gendarmerie, and search and rescue teams were dispatched to the area.
Kars Governor Ziya Polat stated that according to initial findings, 2 people lost their lives and 8 people were injured in the accident.
On the other hand, snow and icy conditions are affecting the region where the chain-reaction accident involving two buses and a truck occurred.
STATEMENT FROM THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE
In a statement made by the Kars Governor's Office, it was reported that in the chain-reaction traffic accident that occurred around 07:45 in the Karakurt area of the Sarıkamış district, 2 people died and 8 people were injured according to initial findings.
The statement noted that the injured were transferred to Sarıkamış State Hospital and their treatment is ongoing.
