In Istanbul, a man in a vehicle with the license plate 41 AKP 666 harassed a female cyclist. The woman, who approached the vehicle to record the moments, was shocked to film the man inside the car masturbating.
The owner of a vehicle traveling from the Bostancı coast towards Kartal harassed a female cyclist. When the cyclist approached the vehicle, it was seen that the driver was masturbating.
The woman who was harassed described the terrifying moments she experienced with these words:
“I had gone out for training on the Anatolian side coastal road with my bicycle in the morning. While I was moving in the right lane in the direction of Bostancı-Kartal, I noticed at 07:38 that the vehicle with the license plate "41 AKP 666" in the video was following me. The vehicle specifically cut in front of me and slowed me down. It stayed in front of me for 4-5 km, and to prevent me from passing it, it would occasionally swerve its steering wheel left and right, and it would enter the parking bays on the right and slow down. During this time, I could see the expression on his face from the vehicle's rearview mirror."
