Continuing his field work for the March 31 local elections, AKP's IMM candidate Murat Kurum encountered the complaints of a citizen working as a doner kebab chef in a shop he visited.
Stating that he cannot make ends meet with his salary, the doner chef said, "In 1996, I bought my father a house with one year's salary. Right now, I cannot even dream of going to my hometown for the holiday."
HERE IS THE DIALOGUE THAT TOOK PLACE BETWEEN KURUM AND THE DONER CHEF
Murat Kurum responded to the doner chef, who was complaining about the economy, with the words, "Look at where we have brought the country in 22 years."
The doner chef replied to Kurum, "But look, I am a master chef, and I cannot make ends meet with my salary. In 1996, I bought my father a house with one year's salary. Right now, I cannot even dream of going to my hometown for the holiday."
