The northern lights, which were seen in the Özalp district of Van last week, have been spotted again after a one-week interval.
THE SKY PAINTED RED
The reddish display that began in the skies over the Özalp district was visible for 15 minutes before giving way to darkness. The images from that moment were captured by amateur photographers. The northern lights, which were also captured in the same region on the same day last week, have become a subject of curiosity among the public.
It is claimed that the cause of this phenomenon is a powerful geomagnetic storm hitting Earth.
