Footage from under the wreckage of the "Batuhan A" cargo ship, which took on water and sank southwest of İmralı Island in the Sea of Marmara, and where one body was recovered yesterday, has emerged.
The 69-meter-long cargo ship "Batuhan A", which departed from Marmara Island in Balıkesir on February 14 at 20:30 with a crew of 6 and a cargo of 1250 tons of marble dust, bound for Roda Port in the Gemlik district of Bursa, sank on February 15 at 06:20 due to poor weather and sea conditions, 4 miles off the coast of the Karacabey district.
Yesterday (February 17), the body of one of the 6 missing crew members was recovered.
