Sinpaş Kızılbük project continues despite court ruling! 'They turned it into hell'

In Marmaris, Muğla, Sinpaş GYO's Kızılbük timeshare project, located within the boundaries of a national park, continues despite court rulings and the municipality's cancellation decisions. Despite building permits being canceled by the court in 2021, the company continued construction by defending the validity of the permits dated 2024.

MUNICIPALITY'S FINE OVERTURNED BY COURT

Marmaris Municipality announced that the renovation building permits issued in 2024 had also been canceled. Due to the company continuing construction, an administrative fine of 59.6 million TL was imposed by the municipality. However, after the court canceled this fine, the municipality made a new assessment and increased the fine to 104.7 million TL.

SALES IN THE PROJECT SHOW NO SIGN OF SLOWING DOWN

The project, which is considered an act of ecocide by environmental advocates and citizens, is progressing despite legal obstacles. In a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Sinpaş announced that it sold 357 timeshares between January 1 and January 31, generating 224 million 346 thousand TL in revenue from these sales. It has earned a total of 7 billion 419 million 260 thousand TL from the 29 thousand 470 timeshares offered for sale so far. The company also increased its capital from 900 million TL to 1 billion 200 million TL.

CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES DESPITE SEALING

According to images shared by journalist Bahadır Özgür, the company continues to carry out its work even in areas that have been sealed, despite the court and municipal permit cancellations.

Bahadır Özgür shared a post on his X social media account regarding the issue. In his post, Özgür included the following statements:
