At the Iğdır Credit and Hostels Institution (KYK), students staged a protest to express their reaction against hot water issues and insects found in their food.
"ADMINISTRATION RESIGN" SLOGANS
Stating that hot water and heating were being restricted by the dormitory administration and that insects were found in their meals, the students noted that they had been subjected to verbal and physical harassment during entry and exit from the dormitory, and that they had reported this situation to the KYK administration, but the administration remained indifferent to these issues.
The students frequently chanted "Administration resign" to show their reaction to the situation.
