US, Oregon state, a passenger plane's emergency exit door blew out at an altitude of 16,000 feet during a flight due to a drop in cabin pressure.

The Alaska Airlines plane was en route from Portland to Ontario. The aircraft, which experienced a pressure drop following the blowout, made an emergency landing and returned safely to Portland with its 174 passengers and 6 crew members on board.

While there were no injuries in the incident, it was noted that the passengers remained calm. Alaska Airlines did not provide a detailed statement regarding the incident, while it was reported that an investigation has been launched by the Federal Aviation Administration.
