Kayseri experienced a sudden downpour and hailstorm in the evening hours that negatively affected daily life. Walnut-sized hail struck a citizen in the head.

Özcan Oğuz, who went outside to protect his car from the hail, was injured when a hailstone hit his head.

Describing what he experienced, Oğuz said, "Egg-sized hail fell in the Erkilet neighborhood. As I was laying down a carpet to prevent my car from being damaged, the car's window broke, and my head was split open."

Meanwhile, citizens whose vehicles were damaged due to the hail headed to the industrial zone.

A density of damaged vehicles formed in front of the shops in the new industrial site.
