A foreign national, wanted by Interpol with a red notice for human trafficking, has been captured in the Fethiye district of Muğla.
As part of an operation conducted by the Muğla Police Department, it was determined that the Uzbekistan national, who was wanted with a red notice for "human trafficking for the purpose of prostitution," was in Fethiye.
The suspect was taken into custody during an operation organized by the Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch teams.
The suspect, who was determined to be among those banned from entering Turkey, was handed over to the Repatriation Center of the Muğla Provincial Directorate of Migration Management after the completion of police procedures.
