Water main burst paralyzes traffic in Bakırköy
A water pipe burst in Istanbul's Bakırköy district turned roads in the Yeşilköy neighborhood into a lake. Police have closed traffic in one direction, and repair work on the water line is currently underway.
A water pipe belonging to İSKİ burst on Yeni Havalimanı Street in the Yeşilköy neighborhood. As water flowed onto the street for an extended period, the road turned into a lake, and police teams closed the road to traffic.

Teams affiliated with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality began working in the area after the valves of the water line were shut off.
