WHO IS HURİYE MARTI?

Prof. Dr. Huriye Martı was born in Ankara in 1974. After completing her primary and secondary education at Konya Imam-Hatip High School, she graduated from the Faculty of Theology at Selçuk University. Martı, who completed her master's degree in 1998 and her doctorate in 2005, studied in Jordan between 1999 and 2000. She received the title of Assistant Professor in 2011, Associate Professor in 2012, and Professor in 2017.

She has held various important positions at the Presidency of Religious Affairs and served as an editor for the Thematic Hadith Project. She has written articles on themes of women, family, morality, and values within the framework of the Sunnah and has given lectures on these topics. Prof. Dr. Martı is married and a mother of three children.
