WHO IS ÖNDER SERKAN ÇEBİ?
Önder Serkan Çebi was born in Trabzon in 1988. He completed his primary and secondary education at Beykent College and his high school education at Bahçeşehir Atatürk High School. A graduate of the Yeditepe University Faculty of Law, Çebi registered with the Istanbul Bar Association in 2013 and received his law license. Continuing to practice law at his family office in Beylikdüzü, where he has lived since childhood, Çebi was elected as the Deputy Mayor of Beylikdüzü on March 26, 2025.
