S.B. is a retired citizen who served as a property accountant at the Ministry of Public Works and Settlement. After his retirement, he stepped into a career as an expert witness, working particularly on cooperative lawsuits. In later years, he also served as an expert witness in cases in Çorlu, Tekirdağ, and Çerkezköy.

A notable point in İmamoğlu's statements was the part regarding the judicial process in Çerkezköy. İmamoğlu emphasized the presence of a very famous judicial official who served in Çerkezköy between 2014 and 2016. This situation has drawn the attention of some circles and raised the question, "Did these two names ever meet or know each other?"

Mayor İmamoğlu also questioned whether S.B. had been tried in the Çorlu Heavy Penal Court on allegations of writing a fraudulent expert report.
