In the indictment prepared by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 21 individuals are listed as complainants, including former Galatasaray football players Selçuk İnan, Emre Çolak, Emre Belözoğlu, Arda Turan, and Fernando Muslera, as well as Buse Terim, Buse Terim's husband Volkan Bahçekapılı, former club interpreter Musa Mert Çetin, and Emre Çolak's brother Emrah Çolak.
The requested prison sentence for Seçil Erzan for the crimes of 'Forgery of Private Documents' and 'Fraud During the Commercial Activities of Merchants or Company Managers or Persons Acting on Behalf of a Company' has increased to a range of 77 to 252 years. The other defendants, Ali Yörük, Kerem Can, Hüseyin Eligül, Nazlı Can, Atilla Yörük, and Asiye Öztürk, face requested prison sentences ranging from 3 to 85 years for the same crimes.
