Will the access bans on Roblox and Discord be lifted? Minister Uraloğlu explains
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu made statements regarding Google, Roblox, and Discord. Stating, 'We have issued a warning to Google for transparency and will implement legal regulations. If Roblox and Discord complete their content regulations, the access bans may be lifted,' Uraloğlu noted that they are in communication with both platforms.
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu answered questions regarding the agenda during a program he attended on CNN Türk. Stating that they are in talks with Google, Uraloğlu said, "Google has made changes in terms of visibility ranking and its share of the advertising pie, and the Competition Authority has issued fines."
Emphasizing that they have warned Google to ensure transparency, Uraloğlu said, "There are certain efforts underway, and we will also implement legal regulations."

WILL THE ROBLOX AND DISCORD BANS BE LIFTED?
Speaking about the access bans on Roblox and Discord, Uraloğlu said, "Both platforms are in contact with us, and there are efforts to remove certain content. Once they have done this, it will be possible for us to lift the bans."
Uraloğlu stated that 5G can be experienced at IGA and in stadiums. Expressing that he met with representatives of the 3 operators on Thursday, Uraloğlu announced that the 5G tender will be held this year and that it will begin to be used next year.
