According to a report in BirGün, it has been revealed that Ogün Samast, whose defense will be taken via SEGBİS at the Akçaabat Courthouse, has decided to change his name.
It was learned that Samast, who is being tried without arrest in the latest case, submitted a written petition to the Akçaabat Civil Court of First Instance requesting a name change. The court, which will evaluate Samast's justification, will issue a ruling regarding the name change request.
